Hi all,

We are trying to send data files from a PC to the machine MITSUBISHI SX10 SERIES via RS232C.

The cable configuration RS-232C is:

20, 6, 8 20, 6, 8

7 7

In the screen machine EDM display the next error:

E04 dev. Not Ready, I/O Error.

What software I can use for check the RS-232C?

Is correct the cable configuration?

I am new in this area.
