I do not recommend the Torchmate by any means. This company is barely standing on one leg. The entire process has been nothing but a mess. You call one rep and get one story and talk to another rep the next day and suddenly they have been in business another 5 years and a week shorter shipping time. Unfortunately I put my trust in this company hoping they had better CNC Cutting Machine knowledge than business managment skills. I cant tell you how well their knowledge and table is because Im still trying to put the table itself together. After a 6 week battle with shipping and recieving a box here and there I finally received my shipment in tiny, damaged boxes. I was concerned they had blind chimpanzees packing the boxes as everything was thrown into random boxes. I speak daily to the technical support department and get no where at the end of the day. As with everything else in life, nothing is "free" and the quality of the technical support directly proves that. Do yourself a favor and opt for a more established, stable company.

I have a Torchmate table, and my experience has been nothing short of PERFECT. I don't know why Andy is bashing on them so hard, perhaps he's not capable of operating such a complicated machine, it sounds like he had a shipping problem, and no actual information on the machine itself.I can tell you what, I bought a Torchmate table and did a writeup on my experience. I am attaching a link for my fully documented setup, and use of the table.
