Dear Sir
Iam Mr. KISHOR KADAM from M/s. ACE MICROMATIC MACHINE TOOLS PVT LTD pune
we have given new CNC TURNING machine to our customer and it had FANUC OI Mate TD Series and they are usiging G41 OR G42 Tool nose radious compensation in G71 OR G72 Stock removal cycle.
and he is facing this ALARAM on Machine (PS 0064 THE FINISHING SHAPE IS NOT A MONOTONOUS CHANGE.)

It would help if you post the code that you are having a problem with so we can look at it. This is usually because the shape specified is trying to do 2 different shapes (bore and pocket) as an example. This can be as simple as being .0001" off on a number.
