Nixon Integrated has just released new CNC monitoring software. You can monitor production data through a 100% user configurable interface recording the cycle time and user specified macro variables. This software allows you to view different customizable graphs to see the efficiency of your shop floor. Data is stored in tried and true Microsoft SQL Server. The software supports Fanuc 16i-mb, 16i-tb, 18i-mb, 18i-tb, oi-mc and 21i-mb using the ethernet port. Older Fanuc models that support DPRNT using RS-232 are also compatible.
