There is an alarm on the machine display . “A102 Electric Cabinet temperature too high”.In the cabinet, output from +D1-E1 is checked on terminal +M12-X1 (d20) and it is 24V.This is input for Diode Matrix Card. This card has 32 Opto-Couplers which have been checked. This Matrix card has four Rows as SCN0, SCN1, SCN2, SCN3. The problem is with SCN1, which does not go low whereas SCN0 goes low. This is compulsory to read inputs from the machine. One of these inputs is Electric Cabinet Temperature. ON FX 63 CARD, the output of ROM 4A makes address for 3 to 8 line decoder 74LS138 (B4). One output of this decoder is Clock Pulse CP for latch 74LS273 (K7). The 4-bit data for this latch comes from a transceiver 74LS640 (E4). The output of this data latch is input for another open-collector decoder 7445 (L7). The output of this decoder generates Row inputs (SCN0 ..SCN3) for Diode Matrix card.

The problem which I have known is with the 4-bit data input for transceiver 74LS640 (E4). I want to know about this data. From which PCB of the system TX8D, this 4-bit data is generated for this transceiver (E4). Please mention the I.C. on that PCB.

I have a hass VF4 APC cnc machine, today i was runninig a part

that contains two tools whit coolant throw the spindle, one of

the tools is working perfect but for the next one you see

after tool gets ready to run(coolant is coming throw the tool

and spindle)tool stops(feed stops), you see alarm 151, says not

enough coolant or dirty filters.I changed coolant and cleaned

all filters.but still same problem.
