'Fanuc OT error code 401'

Fanuc OT error code 401

I have some problem with my yamazaki cnc lathe wit FANUC OT control. The machine won't move any more. On the display is marked error code 401. This means PRDY not ready. When I take a look at the Velocity Control Unit I can see that two red led's are on. They are marked TGL and TGM OV. I have the maintenance manual but I don't have the right version. The type of VCU is not mentioned in the manual. The type of the Velocity Control Unit is A06B-6050-H203

Does anybody now what is means (TGL TGM 0V) and why these leds are on?

I know Fanuc OT your velocity is dc servo motor.

1.You can check mechanical axis by hand motion

2.Check driver board by change each other

3.Check dc motor: brush, wire..

I see your velocity may be fail, You can repair it or buy new one then ok.

401 alarm is the standard Fanuc alarm with servo axis fail, spindle fail.

We have TORNADO 200 Lathe MAchine with FANUC OT control in which a alarm 401 is generated. what are the possible solutions?

I HAVE A DAEWOO PUMA CNC LATHE WITH AN O/T CONTROL, IM GETTING A

SERVO ALARM 9030-17 THE HYDRAULIC MOTOR WILL NOT STAY ON.

401 VRDY OFF mean velocity ready signal off..

you check machine power 3X220 Volt..if ok

check fuse inside electrical cabinet wich related

with smps..

tengo un error 447 en un control fanuc 04P-C en una maquina punzonadora, parametros digitales alguien me podria ayudar que numero de parametros son y que valor llevan es el auto-index donde me marca

dear sir,

i have a 401 & 410 & 420 error code in my doosan with fanuc ott series cnc lathe.

it occures ofter hydrolic power up .

this problem begin ofter that we move the machine position and

mechanical change, ballscrew position .

plz note me how can i solve this problem .
