Problem in the ATC

Hi!

I am currently working as a CNC Programmer at BHORUKA ALUMINIUM LIMITED, Mysore.We have 2 VMC'S.In both these machines, the ATC(AUTOMATIC TOOL CHANGER) is not working. In one machine, the control panel says Read in errot T code and in the other machine, the ATC arm has been jammed. Does anyone know as to what might be the problem?
