Fanuc alarm 087

I have a Fanuc 0T-B controller, on a Miyano Lathe. When I try to upload program via RS232 I get PS087 alarm, the manual reads "input is not interrupted after 10 characters" I do not understand it. does anyone know what the alarm means? and How do I correct the problem.. Fanuc techs would not give me the answer. I'm told i would have to send for a Fanuc tech. Thanxz in Advance

What are you running for a baudrate? Try slowing it down on the CNC and the PC.
