| Hi! in this case, i think this alarm happened from axis driver. Because inside servo driver has the thermal trip relay. it'll operate when the driver work too hot or motor running with load too much... Please try ot check on servo driver alarm No.? when machine has this alarm. Normal, Fanuc alarm No.400, ....436 ir relate with servo axis. Good luck, Vu CNC. |
| "I had the same problem."
The crt has fans mounted inside the control box, and both fans were suckingair from the pendant arm.The fans became stuck solid with coolant mist/dust.I cleaned the fans, freed them, use q-tips, this cleared the problem.The manual refers to cabinet fans, which are usually on the machine side.Hope this helps, Dave. |
