| Dwell program for Fanuc 21m controlls on a Quickmill 3axis Machining Center I am drilling through about 6 inches of stainless steel baffle stock, and with the available inserts for the drill bodies I use, the chip load is too high regardless of speeds and feeds. I would like to dwell at different levels of the stock, in order to give the chips time to flush. Any suggestions? |
| Will, You try use the G83 cycle ??? Donīt has time, but itīs an way to decrease the size of the chips. Daniel |
