We received 2 new machines with 21i-MB controls. We have about 100 machines with the same model control. The 9900 series parameters are hidden. There are several differences in the 2 machines and I would like to compare the option parameters to help troubleshooting an issue with one of the machines.
Does anyone know how to make the parameters not hidden? All the other machines we have we can see those pararmeters.

You must have the newer 21i series compared to the other controls. IIRC Fanuc starting with a new password system in the i-series about midway thru 2006. You cannot change them and I think you cannot view them as well but am not 100% sure. What if you do a parameter backup will they punch out of the control? They may also be keeprelay settings that hide them.
I don’t have a newer i-series so I am only going from what others have stated.
Try this link and post the question in the “Fanuc” forum. There are some guru’s there that may be able to give a more detailed answer.
