Fanuc Series 20-T w/ Alarm 411 on Z axis

I have a Fanuc Series 20-T that is giving me an Alarm 411 on Z axis. I have had the servo motor checked out and that is good. All connections appear to be solid as well. Any ideas as to where to look next? Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

try checking the drive transistors on the drive board. the 20a has indicator light for them on the front pannel.
