Moderator I am not sure where to post this question. Why is it now required to put something in the "Title" line when responding to a post. And why must it be more then one word? If you forget this it will stop your reply and tell you it is required and then select back on the browser to fix the problem and in doing so your message is no longer there. It is very frustrating and non value added IMHO. Is there a software reason that it is needed because it was never needed in the past. Thanks for your time, Stevo

"Hitting Back"
What browser do you use? I find that using Internet Explorer always leads to lost messages with back and other things. With Firefox, I never loss data when I click back (on this website or any others).

"Ummm I don't know"
John, Yes I am using the Internet Explorer back button. I don't really care to use FireFox. I was more concerned as to why it is a requirement that a title must be used when replying to a thread. It was not needed in the past and now it is. IMHO it is just a PITA and pointless. Out of the other 4 CNC forums I am a member at this is not a requirement. I spend more time trying to think of something to put in the title that relates to the response that I have typed up as a reply. Most times I just put something stupid and non relavent. Maybe I am just being to anal...ya think? Stevo • Page 1 (Original Post) •
