We have recently opened up an Asia Pacific company in Perth, Australia to supply Fanuc parts to end users, machine tool maintanence and service engineers, CNC repair specialists, Production staff and anyone else whom needs Fanuc parts at excellant prices – fast. Mainly we are concentrating on Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Pakastan, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam; though customers from all other Asian and Oceanic countries welcome. There seems to be 2 major approches to obtaining Fanuc parts from an End User point of view.

1st: Very Expensive Parts from the OEM, Regardless of cost. Always to use new parts from Fanuc Ltd, and subsiduary branches, such as Beijing-Fanuc, Fanuc Oceania, Fanuc Singapore, Fanuc Mechatronics, Fanuc Vietnam, Fanuc Hong Kong, Fanuc Philippines, Fanuc Thai, Fanuc India, PT. Fanuc Indonesia, etc. Fanuc also offer refurbished parts outright, and exchange refurbished part to reduce the cost to customers. CNC Drives & Controls do it a fraction of the OEM’s cost we can save you a massive amount of money, compared to Fanuc and its joint venture with GE, namely GE Fanuc.

2nd: Regardless of time and being messed about – is to repair the part at the cheapest possible cost, ususally using questionable parts, no actual knowledge of repairing Fanuc parts, and divine inspiration that it may work, cowboys within the CNC electronic repair industry get away with murder and give the Specialist independant suppliers of Fanuc parts a bad name of which we are one. 97% of our business is Fanuc or parts made under licence for Fanuc or GE Fanuc, and we concentrate 97% of the time solely on Fanuc. So we will never try to compete on the cost savings of using a cowboy, which when that goes wrong means you have a part that had one fault now has several due to things blowing up, causing havoc to your production schedules, and invariably costing you more money than using an Independant Fanuc parts supplier such as us too start with.
