I just got a new VF5 Hass cnc machine with a trunnion table for 5 axis cutting. I am having trouble with the jerky motion of the table instead of smooth. I call Haas and they say they never heard of it but I talk with other Haas users and they all say they have had that problemthe main thing is they do not want to help me. So I thing support might be an issue. If you buy a Haas

Is your application for the rotary motion for indexingor is it a multi-axes surfacing application? If it is a multi-axes surfacing application are you programming using inverse time G93?

I'm about to purchase a VM-3 with the TR-210 Trunnion Rotary table, any other issues like the jerky motion I should be aware of?

Try turning the axis locks off with the m11, m12, m13, m14. The rotary table is not continous. • Page 1 (Original Post) •
