Conquest 42 Machine Fault

I am getting a machine fault when I first start my just purchased lathe. It says PMC:M1.8-B on the screen. Does anyone know what this is? This is as far as the machine goes.

i would think there is a problem inside the contol board. these i usually leave up to fanuc to repair. have em look at that board.

When I turn on the machine, I get a parameter 1 fault.

Can you tell me how to correct the problem?
