Dear sir

I am working pvt industries from india. My company used 5 Hardinge m/c's. This m/c fixed sauter turret . Turret gear shift alarm came frequently. Pls tell me what remedy action.

common problem with sauter turret, if nothing damaged make sure torque limiter engaged if yes follow referance retun procedure in maint manual .if adjustment out par.244 adjusts orient possition of coupling , offset to 3:00 o-clock possition, make sure turret clamp , unclamp operate smoothly and ref lamp lights not flashing . to exacute this you must be in turret maint mode set by keep relay . all instructions in maint manual . have fun with this one.
