Problem adjusting spindle orientation

Thank author of this post/commentI have repaired my spindel and need to do a new spindel orientation.

Machine : Hitachi Seiki VM40III Seico MY III Yasnac J300M

1) I change the parameter 1414

2) I turn of the machine

3) I check that the parameter i still changed ( OK)

I then run M19 , the spindel orientation is the same.

I have tried different values but the spindle stop at same posistion after M19

Please help , what I'm doing wrong ?
