i continue hetting servo 3000 alarms while running, this time it happened during tool change before turret clamp. need code or parameter to clamp turret. got a hitachi sieki ht20j 10"turning center. help :-O

THANKS JOSH KELSAY, YOU DO KNOW HITACHI SIEKI VERY WELL, SHUTTING DOWN THE MACHINE AND HOLDING THE FEED HOLD, MACHINE LOCK AND TAB BUTTON WORKED TO CLAMP THE TURRET ON MY HITACHI HT20J.

i have hitachi seiki machine by vk 45 model and seicos m2 control .

but i have problem to dnc machine but this machine have lock for dnc parameter for example to setting mode MEM & RMT is not changed and MEM is fix .to finality machi lock key for parameter is open but parameter is not changed . i think this control have lock parameter for dnc parameter.

please help me.

I have an older Hitec 25S that alarmed out while drilling a part. The alarm (320) indicates loss of servo power. I can bring the machine back up and and reset the emergency stop but when I press the standby button the machine shuts down again. Any suggestions to get this thing back up?

We Have a Hitachi Seiki Hitec 20 cnc Lathe with a draw bar that doesn't move. Looking for disassembly instruction of that Hydraulic Cylinder & draw tube to the spindle.

Any Direction is helpful

Hi

We have a hitachi seiki HT40 which will not engage the turret each time.It does index to the correct position but on some stations it will not retract completely, hence the operation will not continue.Could this be an encoder problem or maybe the hydraulic pump.Any help will be greatly appreciated

Dear All,

We by from Germany used Horizontal Machining Center Hitachi Seiki HC 400 40. Serial number of machine is: HC 40722.We work with machine more than 5 years without any problems. Now we have problems with bearings on the main spindle. Unfortunately we have not technical documentation and we have not possibilities to dismantle main spindle and change bearings.

Please send us just drawing of spindle with instruction for dismantling. In our country nobody can help us.

Hello,

We have a 1988 Hitachi Seiki HT 20S II CNC Lathe. We have been getting an encoder motor fault for some time. We had the encoder motor rebuilt, but still get the error. We've had the entire machine checked thoroughly to no avail, leaving us to conclude the problem is in the encoder motor controller wire or a faulty rebuild.

Does anyone have any idea what may be the issue? Does anyone know how I can have the wire tested and or replaced? Can anyone point us to an expert who may be able to guide us through this problem?

We have Hitachi Seiki Turning centre Model HITEC TURN HT 20R machines. Problem Occured in the SAMS Card, IC TMS320C25FNL50 in the SAMS Card is faulty, if replace this IC we need to store 4K size program in that IC. kindly give the solution to us

For Hitachi-seiki especially in the south east US, try service@empirecnc.com At least 2 of them were the tech for Hitachi-seiki in Alabama when it closed down.

hello,

i own a hitachi seiki vk45 mkII and recently when the machine starts and we try to zero the x axis an alarm appears saying code 040 "dec signal error" . i have read through the instruction manual and low and behold the code 040 is not in there. there is 039 and 041 but not the one we need

if anyone can give me some hints with what may be the problem it would be very much appreciated

i will take a look through my books to see if i can find anything on the 040 alarm. Best guess it is the decel switch the machine is not seeing. the machine should slow down at the decel switch and travel a bit then home. Does your machine still slow down before home?
