Help!!!

We need the yu yu or Winyumo software to upload the ladder en pc files into the Hitachi Seiki CA20 (seicos III )

Who can help us!!

What alarms are you getting? Have you completly deleted the PC side?

Are you getting any alarms like LSPC Status Error. LD Sum Error?

There is a lot of different procedures on the Seicos controls. Just because you can't see the data does not mean that it is deleted.

Hi Stevo,

The problem is, that de battery power was lost and the machine stay fore a long time powerless.

The result is, that all data is lost. We follow the instructions from the manual to reset the lspc board and that will reload the standard machine constants but the ladder and pc software is cone. Now oure machine speak only Japanese, but we can't modify the parameters. The error messages are in China/Japanes charactres.

We can get the ladder and pc software for this machine S/N CA 20034(extension .A until .Q) but we don't have the YUYU or WinYumo software.

Hi William,

You can download the parameter with a standard terminal program (Download from DNC software)

Bud to upload the ladder to the Hitachi you need the YU YU or Winyumo (AT-Yumo) If you can help me with this software program, i can help you with the instructions how to do.

Sorry I have not got back sooner. Do you have the software and need just the instructions??

William,

Connect your PC via RS232 on the CNC. There should be a softkey IN/OUT. If you press settings there should be an option to select Programs, Parameters, Common Variables, Work offsets ect. Select parameters. press input. Make sure you have your PC ready to send the parameters.

I too am looking for software to upload our ladder. We had to replace the Micon 16-2 CPU board and now need to reload. I have saved the ladder from the old board but need the software YU YU or WIN YUMO. Any help would be greatly appriciated. We are in a bind.

Yuyu Atyumi ( WinYumo ) not only for upload/download a ladder only, but many kind about data machine we can do.

WinYumo is useless if no ladder /data back up, please make sure, the data are completely.

Sofyan supriyanto, inform your email to me.

WinYumo copy i don't have, but in my Note book was already.

i have two problems

a) the tailstock dont move.

b) the chuck dont turn.

i have a questions

CAn i give you the parameters but where is it.

IS posible connect a PC to CNC
