| over riding the limits due to blocking/shipping machineI had to move a hitachi vertical machining center and we lowered the head and brought the head foward. We then blocked it for shipment. Now we go to start up and we have two errors. I know we passed the limits but we should be able to manually override the system to get back to zero. any ideas anyone? We did push the overide and attempted to simply dial the head up. We also just wired it up. I don't beleive that having the 3 phase bacwards would stop us from dialing the head up manually. |
|  These machines are very phase sensitive!! But that aside you can push and hold feed hold and spindle stop, at that point push reset and while holding feed hold and spindle stop push standby and then dial the head up while still holding the feed hold and spindle stop. |
