Just bought a used mill

Hi everyone... I'm new here.
I've been looking at mini lathes and then mill for several days/weeks. I'd pretty much decided that if I didn't by a CNC machine then I'd be disappointed with whatever I bought really fast but no way can I justify anything over $1000 for this idea.
I found a nice looking used MaxNC 10 retro-fitted with servo drives instead of the original stepper motors, extended X axis, anti-backlash adjustment added to X and Y, PSCNC software, power supply and controller box for under $800.
Comparing to what the prices I've been seeing it looks like a super nice and accurate little machine.
I'm hoping that members here can confirm that this is a good deal or not.
