| tool changer problem i am having a problem with my mazak nexus 410a cnc mill. doea anyone know how to slow down the tool changer for this machine? thanks |
| Well i hope this will help.... To slow down the tool changer (when loading the probe) I register the tool in the tool data as a "heavy" tool.This does slow the tool changer a little.may I ask what the problem is? |

You will need to go into the windows side of your control and open up the MR-J2 software from the programs menu in the start button.Then you have to select which axis so as to make sure you are not messing with the magazine. You can then open the parameters for the drive and slow it down. I usually set them to approximately 9500 deg a min. If you need help to walk through it please contact me at absolutegreg@gmail.com |
