Meldas 520 CNC lathe program sample

I have a KIA turning center with a 520 control and I am trying to re write a post for mastercam to run it. I have got the regular turning finished all ready but now I'm trying to program engraving on the outside of the part. It requires the X and C axis to move while we use live tooling for the cutter. I am only looking for a sample program so I can get the code sequence correct. I don't know what I am missing but manually editing the program trying different things I still can't get it to work. I am engraving in mastercam directly to projected geometry on the surface so I don't believe using a G16 and defining the radius will work for me. any help is greatly appreciated

I meant to say the Z and C axis need to move together.
