First we'd better to how many baudrate and how many feedrate . Normally the problem is caused by rs232 transfering speed is lower machine feed speed. Under this condition sometimes machine tool will happen little vibration.

process way:

1.check your computer system idel process is over 95%. No virus!

2.Increasing baudrate both sides

3. if you can click off display function when transfering program.

Normally dnc software displays the content of cnc program when transfering. Computer displays a char used time is transfering time

over 7 times according different baudrate. But market DNC software has not click off display function( it's not turn off power of crt)

I agree. Later models have bigger buffer and look ahead functions to smooth out machining. Does your post use multiple points for a curve ie thousands of XYZ points, or can you use splining to send a G03 command.

sending one piece of data to do a curve is much better than sending thousands.

As I said more powerful, late models can cope much better.
