Just wondering how many companys are experiancing problems with the machines or customer service?

I have no extraordinary problems to report. As with anything electromechanical you will have troubles now and then.

I mean more along the lines of techs not showing up in a timely manner, replacement parts experiancing one delay after another. Excuses, Excuses.

Maybe the question is: does the customer have the ability to use and understand the grinder. Schneeberger grinders are highly reliable and the service has been outstanding. Honestly, if I compare to Anca and Walter, a Schneeberger is never down for more than 1 day. The bust their .. to help you with problems Try that with the other guy's.
