We have one horiontal milling machine Fanuc OM-B System. IN this system afer long usage of machine EPROm got currepted

If I am not mistaken with the modelB PMC that you have you don’t have the PMC burned into Eeprom. This system functions on Flash rom. So if you have lost everything then you are going to need more then the option parameters. You will also need the ladder and PMC parameters. Even if all you need is the option parameters then you will have to tell us the make model year of the machine because you will have to find someone with the same machine tool for the option parameters.

Who is the MTB? If they are still in business then your best bet is to call them and give them the machine serial number and they should have a backup of your machine on file.

You cannot just take option parameters from 1 machine and put them in another unless they are the same model machine. You also can’t add every option to the machine because of hardware limitations. If you have lost your option parameters then you will either have to call the MTB if they are still in business they should have a copy or find someone with the same make/model machine that you have and get them from.

Now if all you are looking to do is add a feature that you don’t have then hardware can be a limitation. What feature were you looking to add? I will see what I can dig up.

normally fanuc 0 pmc was burned in eprom.

fanuc power mate 0 is keeped in sram with battary.

so your battary was failed you need to do

1.restore pmc parameter as like counter, timer

2.restore machine parameter, ball screw pitch, backlash, original point ....

3. if you need option parameter i can send you.

may be chinese version.you can use google--more

--translation+guess.

like me within guess to write english

Dear Sir.

Our factory are using an machining center as the following:

HAMAI MC-5VA

Ser.No: 5333

Date: 04 1988

Machine is working normally until it gives an error "P/S

101".

Unfortunately in the process of overcoming this problem we had inadvertently lost machine's parameter and pmc parameter.

We have alist of machine's parameter but, we don't have pmc parameter as well as macro for ATC.

Can you help me.
