toyoda fa 550 magazine atc problem

Dear Sir,

In our TOYODA FA 550 machine - HMC (ser no. NM 7611 - type FA

550)- following error is comming on screen :

AL 46 - magazine servo alarm

AL 39 - ATC servo alarm

AL 38 - ATC servo alarm

If we check the absolute positioning controller - controller

servo

amplifier - MG - U030 - ERROR LED _ RED - is getting ON

Details of absolute positioning controller is :

MG - u030

ver1-10

ver2-10

ser no. 02521179B

Toyoda Machinery Works Ltd.

Sanyo Denki Co Ltd.

One more controller is MG - uo60 - is also having same error -

RED

LED is ON

Sir, can you please guide us ?

I have a MG-U100 and I am looking for any information on this unit.Such as hook up and schematics. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I had already faced the same problem on Yasda with sanyo denki drive and controller unit , we reloaded the positioning parameter and sorted out.ur problem seems to be with Atc mag drive unit or motor, pl check accordingly also define your machine controller details .
