CNC Tool & Cutter grinder

Can anyone tell me about how the 30NC/CIP3 Cutter grinder is to operate? It has 4 axis does this grinder grind ball ends? Iam looking at buying this grinder, is there anything I should be looking at specfically? This machine is not under power. This machine is 1987 model rebuilt in 1992.
